The offer and sale of products on Ebookland.it are governed by these Conditions of Sale.

To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on Ebookland.it, you will have to fill in the forms that will be presented to you, following the relative instructions, so that they are sent to the Seller electronically.

The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order

Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, please read these Terms of Sale carefully.

 

The data entered will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.

If you register on the site, you will be able to check your orders through the "Your orders" section available after login.

 

The Seller may not process your purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases we will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.

 

If the products, presented on Ebookland.it, are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or the sending of the order form, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify you promptly and in any case within three (3 ) days starting from the day following the one in which you will have sent your order to the Seller, the possible unavailability of the products ordered.

In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.

 

With the electronic transmission of the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller. If you do not agree with some of the terms contained in these Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to purchase products on Ebookland.it.

 

By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on Ebookland.it, including the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.

 

Once the contract is concluded, you will receive, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order containing a summary of the information already contained in the form.

The products presented on Ebookland.it are purchased directly from the Seller or are entrusted to the Seller by third parties. The main characteristics of the products are displayed in each product detail sheet, however the images and colors of the products could be different from the real ones due to the browser and monitor used. Product prices may vary over time, so we invite you to always check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

Given the nature of the products for sale on the ebookland.org site, there will be no shipping of physical items.
After the conclusion of the purchase contract, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for downloading the files covered by the contract.

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the d.l. no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

 

The competent court is that of Milan.
